About Potters No Fly Cruising
Your contract is with Potters Abroad Limited trading as Potters No Fly Cruising (www.noflycruising.com). Established in 2010, it is owned by the Potter family, who are one of the longest established and most successful family holiday businesses in UK.
Potters Abroad Limited trading as Potters No Fly Cruising is an independent company, not financially connected with any cruise agency, line or operator. This enables us to source cruises for customers from a fully independent viewpoint rather than offer in-house products as many high street travel agents do. This enables us to select the most appropriate and best value holiday for you, the customer.
Our small team has a huge amount of experience in the cruise industry and because we deliberately do not sell any cruise that does not depart from and return to a UK port this ensures that we know the No Fly Cruise market inside out.
Book with confidence
Potters Abroad Limited trading as Potters No Fly Cruising is bonded with ABTA (licence number L8677) which means that your money is 100% guaranteed when you book a cruise with us. And to reassure you of our operating standards and expertise we are full members of CLIA - Cruise Lines International Association.
Potters No Fly Cruising's commitment to customer service
Our focus is on providing an expert, professional and personal service to our customers, whilst offering the very best value and prices for the cruises that best suits your individual requirements. All of our cruise specialists have extensive knowledge of the No Fly Cruising market and are committed to finding you the holiday you are looking for at the price you want to pay.
Meet the team
Welcome to the Potters No Fly Cruising team – the only independent experts in cruises that sail directly from the UK. Potters No Fly Cruising offers you the very best advice and prices on all cruises departing from and returning to a UK port.
So whether you’re looking for a resort ship or an expedition vessel, P&O or Fred. Olsen, the Caribbean or the Northern Lights, if they depart from the UK then Potters No Fly Cruising will be able to offer you the very best prices available in the market.
I have worked in a number of senior roles in the travel industry for the past 22 years. And having previously set up the river and ocean cruise programmes for Warner Leisure Hotels, I was very aware that the average cruise customer is generally pretty poorly served by the large high street travel and online agents; they will promote the cruise lines that offer them the best commission, rather than the cruise that is right for you, the customer.
Potters No Fly Cruising places you first and offers truly independent expertise and advice. You should, quite rightly, demand the very best service and with us being specialist in cruises that depart from and return to UK ports, the Potters No Fly Cruising team can get under the skin of all the cruise lines, ships and itineraries available. Our excellent relationships with all the cruise lines that sail from the UK allows us to offer the very best prices, early booking incentives and added extras, so if you’re not exactly sure what you want then why not discuss your priorities with one of our consultants and we will give you a selection of cruise options that exactly suit your needs.
I have been in the travel industry for the past 25 years so have seen many changes; some good and some not so good! One thing that has continued to thrive is the cruise industry and this continues to grow year on year. Being part of the team from the start of Potters No Fly Cruising has enabled me to use previous skills, knowledge and expertise to help develop the department and make plans for future growth.
I have gained several travel recognised certificates and cruise training programs accreditation which includes Ambassador of the Association of Cruise Experts (ACE now CLIA) and Admiral Status with Royal Caribbean. I have been on several cruise ships ranging from Cruise & Maritime’s Marco Polo to Cunard’s Queen Mary 2, giving me a great insight in the difference between the types of cruise ships and cruises available - endorsing the fact that there is a type of cruise for everyone!
Before joining Potters No Fly Cruising I worked for three years as a sales advisor for Potters Resort. Before that I studied Travel & Tourism and worked for a business travel company. I have always had a passion for cruising and I love helping customers find the cruise they really want. I have various accreditation for different cruise lines, from being an Admiral for Royal Caribbean, Azamara and Celebrity cruise lines, to being an ‘CLIA’ expert.
My favourite ship is Royal Caribbean’s Independence of the Seas, because there’s always something for everyone to do, aimed at all ages! Other ships I have been on include Voyages of Discovery’s Discovery, P&O’s Azura and Ventura, Cruise and Maritime’s Marco Polo and Fred Olsen’s Balmoral, Royal Caribbean's Anthem of the Seas and Adventure of the Seas, Cunard's Queen Victoria, Princess Cruises' Grand Princess and Caribbean Princess.
