Potters No Fly Cruising is in no way liable for any consequences resulting from incorrect or misleading information. Information may also be updated or changed at any time without notice. The information made available within this web site by Potters No Fly Cruising does not form part of any contract.
When Booking Your Cruise
Potters Abroad Limited trading as Potters No Fly Cruising endeavours to ensure all our passengers complete satisfaction when making their cruise holiday arrangements, however it is understood that Potters No Fly Cruising is acting on your behalf and it is therefore necessary to make a few normal conditions, as follows:
Your Financial Protection
Potters Abroad Limited trading as Potters No Fly Cruising is a member of ABTA with membership number L8677. As such we are fully bonded according to ABTA's rules and abide by ABTA's Code of Conduct. ABTA protection only applies to services supplied by Potters Abroad Limited trading as Potters No Fly Cruising. In addition, Potters Abroad Limited trading as Potters No Fly Cruising is a sister company to Potters Leisure Limited whose 90 years of experience and expertise in the holiday industry has provided many millions of guests with a risk-free, enjoyable holiday experience.
All bookings accepted by Potters No Fly Cruising and arrangements made are subject to the booking conditions imposed by the Principals. The Principals are the cruise operators. All tickets, vouchers and coupons are issued by Potters No Fly Cruising in their capacity as Retail Agents for the Principals, upon the express condition that Potters No Fly Cruising is not liable to any passenger for loss, damage, delay, injury, cancellation, or any additional expense, suffered by any passenger whatsoever. In any event the total liability of Potters No Fly Cruising shall not exceed the total payment received from the client in respect of any booking.
Payment will be required as per the booking conditions of the Principal. The exact payment requirements for your chosen cruise operator will be advised at the time of booking. If, after a deposit is taken, the balance is not paid by the designated time, Potters No Fly Cruising reserves the right to cancel the booking and all deposits will be forfeited. Any further charges imposed by the Principal will be the liability of the customer.
Any booking cancellation must be made to Potters No Fly Cruising in writing and sent by Recorded Delivery or by email. We cannot accept cancellations by telephone. Cancellations are effective from the date we receive them or if by email, the date on which an acknowledgement of cancellation is sent back to you. Upon receipt we will contact the relevant cruise operator to ascertain the relevant charges. You will then be liable for those charges.
Credit & Debit Card charges
Due to credit card transaction charges, where you choose to pay by credit card a charge of 2% (3% with American Express cards) will be made in respect of each payment made. There is no charge for debit cards.
Any prices quoted throughout this site are indicative only, are subject to change and will be advised and confirmed at time of booking. All services offered are subject to availability.
In most instances it is the requirement of the Cruise Operator that all passengers have adequate travel insurance cover. In any event we strongly advise you to take out a fully comprehensive insurance which will give adequate cover against Medical Expenses, Personal Accident, Cancellation, Curtailment, Baggage, Personal Effects and Money.
Visas, Vaccinations and Passports
Passengers are personally responsible for any Visas, Vaccinations and Passports that will be required to travel. We would strongly recommend visiting the Foreign and Commonwealth Office for all the latest travel, health and VISA information if you are travelling to a destination outside the EU or the World Travel Guide. It is especially important to check in plenty of time before your holiday, if you are visiting a country for which inoculations are recommended or required, the Department of Health provides this information. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to obtain visas and to make sure you that your passport is valid for at least 6 months for the last day of your holiday. If You Have a Complaint
If you have a complaint regarding any part of your booking, please contact the supplier of the service in question at the earliest opportunity. Any complaint letters sent to us on your return will be directed to the relevant supplier responsible for providing your booked arrangements. Should you have a complaint about any aspect of the service provided by Potters No Fly Cruising then please write to our customer services department (Customer Services, Potters No Fly Cruising, Coast Road, Hopton-on-Sea, Norfolk NR31 9BX) within 28 days of returning to the UK and we will in turn investigate your complaint.
On board credit - Free on board credit can generally be spent in the on board shops, bars, spas, and shore excursions only. It cannot be redeemed in the casino or for gratuities and further restrictions may apply. Money to spend is stated per cruise and applies to the first two occupants in a cabin and cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to existing bookings. On occasion the on board credit amount may vary dependant on category of stateroom booked. Currency varies on board dependent on cruise line or cruise destination. On board credit offers will be confirmed with you at the time of booking, and can be withdrawn at any time.
All inclusive - For one set price your cruise booking includes accommodation, food and drinks. Restrictions may apply to the free drinks available, as certain alcoholic beverages may not be included or may be restricted. Free all inclusive packages must be confirmed at the time of booking.
Free parking - Free parking is available at the departure port and may be an off-site facility in which case transfers to the departure terminal are included. Free parking is limited to one car space per cabin. Free parking must be confirmed at the time of booking, and may be withdrawn at any time.
Free upgrades - Free upgrades are available on certain grades only, where a lower grade/type cabin is priced the same as a higher grade/type of cabin. You may be upgraded to a higher grade of cabin within the same cabin type (i.e. a higher grade of inside cabin) or alternatively a higher type of cabin i.e. an upgrade from an inside cabin to an outside cabin.
Free coach - Free coach transfer is generally provided by the cruise lines preferred supplier. The coach service is normally available between key UK departure points and the departure port. If you require any mobility assistance please advise your Potters No Fly Cruising specialist to ensure that any necessary arrangements can be made. The free coach service must be confirmed at the time of booking, and can be withdrawn at any time.
Over 55 special fares - Special fares to passengers who are over 55 years of age, minimum of one passenger per cabin, at the time of departure. These rates are available at the cruise lines discretion. Offers must be confirmed at the time of booking, and may be withdrawn at any time.
Tips included - Gratuities quoted or included generally cover your cabin steward and restaurant waiter only. Further gratuities may be payable for certain purchases i.e. bar gratuities. Inclusive gratuity offers must be confirmed at the time of booking, and may be withdrawn at any time.
Child fares - When child fares are available, they are normally valid when a child is sharing a triple or quadruple cabin with two full-fare passengers. Child ages vary dependent on the cruise line: please check with your Potters No Fly Cruising specialist.
Loyalty club benefits - For members of the cruise lines loyalty clubs an additional saving and further benefits may be available on selected sailings. Please enquire at time of booking.
Chauffeur - Free Chauffeur may be available on selected sailings. Free chauffeur service is normally limited to mainland England & Wales from your home to Southampton, and return. Supplements may apply for Scotland.
This contract is governed by the law of England and Wales and the jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts. No employee or representative of this company has the authority orally to vary these terms and conditions or the information within this brochure, or company literature with customers.
Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions are valid from 1 January 2015. Any Prices quoted are correct at time of going to press but may vary and our current selling prices will be shown on our reservations system and advised at the point of enquiry on telephone bookings. Any further brochure or website updates will supersede these conditions and prices.
